FBL-2235大袋灌装机(之前为CBL系列)是一种高效、多功能的灌装系统，适用于需要致密化或压实的自由流动粉状产品。它的三个灌装嘴和大容量鼓风机可以处理大型FIBC袋。

灌装过程很简单，只需手动将袋子放在夹子上，夹子会始终牢牢夹住袋子。第一个喷口用于给袋子充气并将其正确定位。然后，传送带转向下一个填充和致密站。在这里，散装材料通过净秤称重，然后卸入袋中。最后，系统移动到最后一个位置，在这里，散装袋被轻轻地从出料口释放出来，并放置在传送带上进行转移。

Big Bag Filler Machine

The FBL-2235 Big bag filling machine (previously CBL Series) is an efficient, versatile bagging system for free-flowing and powdered products requiring densification or compaction. It can handle large FIBC bags with its three filling spouts and high-volume blower.

The filling process is simple and involves manually placing the bag onto the clamp, which holds it securely throughout. The first spout is used to inflate the bag and position it correctly. The carousel then turns to the next filling and densification station. Here, the bulk material is weighed by a net weigher and discharged into the bag. Finally, the system moves to the last position, where the bulk bag is gently released from the spout and placed onto a conveyor belt for transfer.
